We started WIN this year where students are no longer taken from different activities/clubs/groups that they enjoy.

This also removed scripted lessons from teachers and allowed for each teacher to own their own classroom and how LIM is being implemented.

Better teacher buy-in this year, but 8th grade is still a challenge.

Themed monthly lessons/activities are provided for teachers who want them.

MS wondering how to incorporate a community/parent piece in the future.

Bainbridge

Day of play 2-3 times a year

Celebration of learning with families during the school day at the end of this year and last year.

Breakfast boosters once a month for staff

All staff are engaged in action teams

A student lighthouse team will be starting this month for mission statement and ideas.

Info about habits are in family newsletter.

Sharpen the saw during day last 3 years.

Each of our Action Teams have student leaders who meet on a regular basis in our HR. They are now in communication with our Adult Action Teams, working together to make changes!!

The staff is not as accepting of allowing the kids to make mistakes and GROW...but we are getting there!!!
