In the book a girl lives in a city where the conditions are very sad and miserable . One night she sees an old woman walking down the cold and harsh street and she was holding a bag which was very full, the girl assumes that the bag is full of money and food. The girl tries to snatch the bag from the old woman but she kept a grip, she said do you promise to plant them? The girl said yes only for the bag which she thought had food and money. When she opens the bag, the girl finds out what the old woman meant, in the bag there were acorns.

Summary
There was a girl who lived in a community where the whole city was hard, angry and negative. One day the girl was stealing from a old lady who had a bag full of acorns but she thought it was money or food. Then the old lady made a promise to plant these but she thought it was something else. After opening the bag she saw acorns she was happy and colourful. So the next day she thought of planting the acorns around the city and fulfill the promise. Then when the plants started to grow the community started to change and everyone was smiling, laughing, and happy, the girl went city to city planting those acorns which changed those cities.

Main message
We think the main message is to have a positive attitude towards your community because in the book when she has those acorns she started to change and has a positive attitude, also she changes the cities in a positive way.

Our favourite part of the book was when she plants those acorns and changes everybody's persepective. We like the book because it inspiring and shows how to be positive. Also shows how to help others to be postive. The character in this book was very mean and negative at a point, but then she got positive and happy. After she helped other to because positive. This character is very inspiring for everyone in the community.

By: Diksha and Sanjna

By: Kartik & Rhythm

1. In the story a girl that was VERY salty about how the world is going and had a VERY bad perspective of her society. The girl wanted a bag that she saw was very full but little did she know that it had acorns. She tried to snatch the bag away from the lady but the lady had a firm grip. The lady said that if you want the bag you have to make a promise that you will plant what is in this bag. The girl promised her and said that she will plant it.The next day she started to plant what was in the bag. She found a ton of acorns in the bag. She planted so many that the whole city was wowed by the greenery of the trees she planted. She brought brightness to the city and changed a lot of things.

2. The main message of this book is that " What goes around come around." We think that because at first she stole a bag from a lady and eventually another person stole the bag from her, and that is why we think that.

-We think that the best part of the book was when she gave the bag to the little thief and told him to promise to plant what was in the bag.

-We loved the book ! Because it had a very good and important main message AKA main idea

- We Think that the old lady was wise and the girl just need something new in her life to give her the spark to see the world differently.

-We think that you should read this book because it teaches people a good life lesson and it has an amazing main message which may help you in life.

Summary

There was a girl who was salty and she lived in a neighborhood that was old and dull. Her perspective of it was negative.

She wanted to steal from an old lady who had a bag. She assumed the bag would help her needs.

The Problem was that the lady wouldn't let go of the bag unless the girl made a promise.

So then she accepted the promise. She agreed to plant all the seeds that were in the bag.

Then she planted seeds in her community and made it light up with joy. Her saltiness became happiness and she left her neighborhood to go all around the world planting seeds of joy.

The main message of the story is to look at the positive because there is always a way to change things for the better

Our favorite part of this was when she began planting seeds because she started to become grateful.

We think she is well developed because the story shows how she gets her opinion changed.

We like the book because it has a valuable lesson.
