The article talks about the academic, emotional and life skills which people mostly students get from working collaboratively. A really good example is that it builds self esteem in students so later it will help him or her in life and therefore that student will make better decisions in the future. As well it produces better self managament skills which as well will help the student have a better life and be more organized in school and life. It says that it helps people critcize ideas not people so therefore bullying and other problems related to violence will decrease as a result of working collaboratively. As well most students love working in teams since is something fun , you connect and workload will be divided.

As a result of this we can see that from working collaboratively there is a lot of benefits , academically , emotionally as well as benefits that will and are used  currently on a daily  basis.

It is important to have a healthy relationship between team mates, a guiding vision and a clear goal at mind. Communicate within yourselfes, provide a good leader, and most importantly make your work fun. The goal in collaboration is to have a better result and get the best out of every team mate.

3. Always provide support for your teammates in order for you guys to work together good.

4.There should be men and women in a team because they see things differently and they can come up with a great idea.

5. Make sure that everyone works hard so everyone works equally and everyone's grade is deserved.
