  • Last time, malay kids would make noise and play/sing/run at the void deck at night. She couldnt sleep, and it would be so noisy that she would get angry

  • She understands that kids want to play, but they shouldnt be doing it at night
  • Town council doesn't have much use
  • The police is faster and more efficient

    - Prefers handling the problem through the police

  • The town council should place a sound proof barrier around areas causing noise so that people wouldnt be affected and the noise can be blocked
  • He wouldnt complain since it cant be helped/cant really do much to control the noise
