And this story doesn't ever get boring, there's always something new happening, and if you get bored of Andrew (Ender) there's multiple options for sequels of this book, one being Speaker For The Dead; which follows Ender's POV, and then there is Ender's Shadow; which is about a character he meets in the first book. Overall great read and I totally recommend. :)

The real life character depicted in this book was one of the first to leave Japan during its isolationist period, and later did many great things in his life. This book has many twists and historical references, and is definitely worth the read.

Besides the Goosebumps series. Everyone has at least heard the name "Coraline" somewhere, the story follows about a young girl who moved to a new town and moved into a new house. She finds a small door and finds that she has another mother and world behind the door. It leads to her fighting for her real parents back and a creepy doll as well. 
I recommend this to anyone who likes mystery and stuff about dolls, friendship (she doesn't have very many just one boy who is weird....), and of course, curiosity that will keep you up at night.
