I am writing to complain about a mobile phone which I ordered recently from your advertisement.

First of all, although you claim your service is believable, it didn't work. Secondly, I would like you to refund of my money because I saw my mobile phone cheaper on different website.

I wish to complain in the strongest possible terms about the delivery tie. I place the order on 15th December but despite the fact that it didn't arrive until 30th December. This was extremely disappointing.

I am not satisfied with the model. Although ordered Mobifone 1100, you sent me wrong - Mobile 612.

Finally, I should like to complaint about its price. ₤100 is so expensive. Could you count down?

I would be grateful if you could refund of my money and change my mobile phone.

I am writing to complain about a mobile phone that I ordered from your company. I saw your advisement about introducing cheap mobiles on the Internet and ordered one. However, I am disappointed. 

First of all, the advertisement mentioned that that price is unbeatable and I can find another cheaper mobile on any website. However, I compared that price to the FFC store and found that that is not the lowest price. Secondly, the time of delivery is before Christmas but until Christmas was over 3 days, before I received it. Moreover, I ordered Mobiphone 612 but I received is Mobiphone 1100. Finally, the price charged was $300 while the price on your website just $100. It makes me extremely disappointed.

I hope that you can arrange to change my phone and give me a fund refund. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the mobile phone which I  have ordered  recently from your advertisement on the internet . there are a range of problems that I am going to explain each of the problems below 

 

Firstly , you mentioned on your advertisement that your cellphones are trustable  and sold in the lowest cost .but in fact it totally lies , I found  the mobile unworkable .besides , it costs more than 20% in comparison with other websites ..

Secondly , you noted in your advertisement that the mobile phone will be delivered  before Christmas .however, I had been waiting for three weeks later before getting the mobile .Moreover , the most striking problem is that you have sent me a wrong model mobifone 1100 instead of  mobifone 612 that I ordered before . which considered to be  a gigantic mistake 

Last but not least , the advertisement said that mobifone 612 is  only £100 ,but it turned out that I had to pay in overcharge more than £50 .

Could I please ask you to look into these matters –not only on my behalf but also behalf of your business

The first thing that I am not satisfied with is about the kind of phone you gave me. I ordered a Mobifone 612 but you sent me a Mobifone 1100 which is not what I expected. I was also overcharged with an amount of money up to £40. It is clearly written on your site that I get ‘free delivery’ but I ended up paying £140 instead of £100 as planned. This really makes me annoyed. 

Another disappointment is about your ‘unbeatable price’. I don’t think it is unbeatable because I already saw the same one with lower cost on another website, mobileworld.net. You also made sure to deliver it before Christmas but I didn’t receive one until 30th December. I get too disappointed to miss some of my plans with my friends and relatives. What is more that you claimed that your mobile phone is ‘reliable’ but it turned out not to be reliable at all. After two days being in use, it stopped working. Now I find it hard to get in touch with other people, especially people from work and this really gets me into troubles.

I would be most grateful if you would collect the phone and give me a full refund of my money.

I am  writing to complain about a mobile phone that I bought from your website, www.moblieforyou.co.uk.ame. Although you claim your service is “best”, it certainly leaves a lot of to be desired.

First of all, I ordered a mobile phone 612, but you sent me one with a model 1100. Moreover, the product was introduced with cheap price, but there was a problem about its cost that I had to paid more money instead of the history price £100.

Secondly, in your advertisement, the mobiles were realiable at unbeatable prices, but I couldn’t accept that it did not work and I got some trouble in the phone call and storing the document in my mobile phone. Besides, your company confirmed that the price you advertied was cheapeast, but it was not true because I found  the one cheaper on another website, so could you give me a refund as the advertisemment showed?

Finally, I placed the order on 17th, Deccember and would like to receive the product before Christmas, but in fact, it didn’’t arrive until the end of December- 31st, December. Your late delivery made me extremely disappointed.

I would be grateful if you would arrange to collect the phone and give me a new one.
