         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Incorporate daily food of all groups and perform at least 30 minutes of physical activity.<br><br>2. Take 8 glasses of safe water daily.<br><br>3. Consume 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily in a variety of types and colors<br><br>4. Reduce the use of salt and the consumption of foods with a high sodium content<br><br>5. Limit the consumption of sugary drinks and foods with a high fat, sugar and salt content.<br><br>6. Consume daily milk, yogurt or cheese, preferably skimmed.<br><br>7. When consuming meats remove visible fat, increase fish consumption and include egg<br><br>8. Eat legumes, preferably whole grains, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn or cassava.<br><br>9. Consume raw oil as a condiment, dried fruits or seeds<br><br>10. The consumption of alcoholic beverages must be responsible. Children, adolescents and pregnant women should not consume them. Always avoid them when driving.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>the governments say that the adolescents need a healthy varied diet incorporating all the major food groups in the short term this will help with general appearance as well as energy levels&nbsp; while in the long term it will help prevent chronic diseases such as heart disease diabetes and osteoporosis</div><div><br></div><div>it appears that some improvements to nutrient intake shave been made in the decade but there remains considerable room for improvement in the diets of british schoolchildren according to the results of the government's national diet and nutrition survey</div><div><br></div><div>on the positive side contribution of fat to total energy intake has dropped below the recommended maximum level of intake of saturated fat and added sugars are too high&nbsp;</div><div>for saturated fat American intakes saturated fat average intakes are 12.6 of energy in 11-18</div><div>for added sugar intakes are 15.3 in those aged 11-18 years compared to the recommended maximum level of 11% of energy. in addition average fibre intakes are lower than recommended</div><div><br></div><div>there is evidence of inadequate macronutrient intakes in some groups in the UK teenagers</div><div>for example many teenage girls are consuming low amount of iron and there is also evidence of Low intakes of vitamin A riboflavin calcium magnesium potassium selenium iodine and zinc</div><div>there is some evidence of socioeconomic inequalities for example children for families with lower incomes than to have lower intakes of fruits and vegetables compared with children from families with higher incomes</div><div>as for physical activity in data from the health survey of England Ireland 7% of boys ages 11 15 years achieved the recommendation of a list 16 minutes 60 minutes a day. in girls aged 11-15 years none achieved the target and 96% had low activity levels<br><br></div>]]></description>
