These women describe their ideas and tips to becoming a great leader and ranking up.<br>Finally, I chose a video that dove into things that were not specifically discussed in the book. This video describes ways to be a good leader in the eyes of your subordinates. I have already been in multiple leadership positions and have used a couple of these techniques. However, the video taught me about certain techniques I had not thought of while I was leading.</div>]]></description>

It gives great tips and shows that you don't have to put everything right off the bat. Since I plan on having my own business, these tips could come in handy if I decide to progress my business further out into the world.</div>]]></description>

Although this goes over information I have already read, I am better with retaining knowledge through audible lessons. This video has helped me to retain the strategic planning process.</div>]]></description>
