         <title>I had a good assessment experience recently during course 1 of NZCATT which was a teaching observation. It was completely relevant because I was assessed teaching my own class of students. I was given a lot of positive feedback and also some constructive feedback as to a couple of areas I could improve. It was very useful as well as confidence boosting. (Juliette)  </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my CVTT521 assessment, i was required to preapre a lesson plan and then deliver lessopn/lecture according to that lesson plan. Mt HOD was assessing me on my actual performance and we did an assessment for my task together. It was quite good as it made me aware of many things which i overlooked in many of my classes.&nbsp;<br>Another instance of good assessment was when i recently moved some of question/answer based examinations to the simulator where students are assessed on actual jobs that they will be required to do.<br><br>Bad Experience;<br>I had many bad assessments over the years which were designed in traditinal question papers/answer sheet format and sometimes it was difficvult to see how these aligned with the actual job requirements.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was recently assessed during a teaching session for CATT501.&nbsp; The assessment was relevant to what I was doing and I was able to gain feedback, learn and apply the learning.&nbsp; This has enabled me to make changes to my practice to have a more inclusive and authentic teaching and learning experience with the students I am currently with.<br><br>Bad Experience:<br>I found the essay writing or reflection on the second assessment for CATT501 rather confusing.&nbsp; I was following the marking rubric, which was repetitive and unclear.&nbsp; I found myself undoing and redoing that assessment several times.<br>(Amber)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
