         <description><![CDATA[<p>The patient has already established a relationship with the CRC, so it makes most sense for the CRC to continue contacting the patient post study. It also seems like something out of scope for a DC role in general. As a DC, even with a script, I would not feel comfortable calling a patient I have never met, especially if they have a complex diagnosis, to discuss their health. It is also a patient safety concern because they may say something that needs further escalation, and DCs may not realize that during the call. It is my understanding that as a DC, we abstract information from source. We are not the ones who create the source (documenting a call).</p>]]></description>
