First of all, cycling can lead to good environment. Comparing with some motor vehicles, cycling trends to consume less fossil fuels and even can avoid this problem. This means that cycling can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants. Furthermore, cycling may also play a significant role in building environmentally-friendly society due to the fact that it has a widely influence in students, clerks or even some elder. While advance of technology such as electricity cars can reduce the emissions of autobile exhausts, it can be argued that some relevant technology is limited and more investment from some companies of government seem to be inevitable. From this perspective if cycling become an ideal mode of transport in the long term, it can save many funds for governments and companies and theses funds can be used for other fields.

COMMENTS
1.good explanation
2.confusion about argument structure (the second supporting idea is the same as the first )

Another argument against cycling is that it can cause a higher congestion on public transportation. Despite cycling might also lead to traffic congestion, it can be argue that the governments could establish some regulation to construct the cycling lane beside the main commuting road and encourage the public to wear helmets to decrease the risk of death. Thus, many nations should continue to encourage building more cycling lanes.

Another argument for cycling is that it is beneficial for the individual finance, compared with cars. The cost of bicycle is lower and do not need extra cost such as parking fees. In addition, to acquire qualification for driving drivers need pay for the exam to gain driver licenses. Some argue that riders need to buy extra equipment such as helmet and kneepads, which are also expensive. However, compared with cars such expenditure is an initial cost, which means that bicycle riders do not need to buy petroleum regularly. Therefore, numerous benefits for the individual finance can be seen to apply bicycle as a main transportation.

In conclusion, there are significant arguments for cycling as an optimal transportation in city. It could provide numerous benefits to the environment and individual finance. Given this incentives, government should make some policies to support the public apply bicycle as a main transportation.

1.always repeat the same words.(more than 4 times)
2.argument structure is good.
3.

A significant argument in favour of cycling is that it is effective to reduce public living cost in transport. When the citizens drive a car, they have to spend a lot of funds in car such as petrol, car decoration and park fee. It is expensive for the public to cost regularly. While cycling can cost a large amount of funds in the short term that cyclist require to buy some related equipment like a good quality bike and a helmet, there is known to decrease the daily cost in transportation in the long term. Consequently, cycling can benefit to public finance.

Comment: counter argument is not clear. Others okay.
