Answer: Students studying in schools that are in rural India.

Answer: i) It can be used as a desk for the children to write and study.
ii) It can be used as a school bag for the children to store their books and stationery.

3. State 2 advantages of the product.
Answer: It is portable and it helps the student to study in a comfortable situation as they will not have to hunch their backs to write and study, which causes them to suffer from back aches.

4. State and explain if the material used is suitable.
Answer: It is both suitable and unsuitable for the students' usage. It is suitable because the product is strong enough to support the place the books when the students are studying and it is very lightweight, which it is easier to bring it around. However, it is unsuitable as the cardboard is not waterproof and will be torn easily after wear and tear. Also, it might break easily as cardboard is not an appropriate material selection.

5. Suggest a suitable material to replace the current material used.
Answer: Plastic would be a better choice of material as plastic is a durable material which is waterproof. Hence, it will not break into small pieces and disintegrate after bad weather like rainy days since it is waterproof, water will not be able to go in to the material and spoil it. Therefore, I think that plastic is a more suitable material to replace the current material used, that is cardboard.
