Welcome to my hideout and I guess this is the place where I tell you how was the beginning of my great admiration towards chefs, yes, I know perfectly well it is very satisfying to see how they are able to bring out an exceptional gift when it comes to cooking. I guess I would never have been interested in this if there had not been the pandemic, for example:

  • 1.- I didn't even have time for myself.
  • 2.- I was only focused on my studies. 
  • 3.- I had never been interested in foreign food.

Most of the time, I started watching YouTube videos because I wanted to learn the typical dishes of each country, the other times it is because I have a great emotion at the time of cooking special dishes such as: Pork tenderloin bathed with orange and honey sauce, Paella, Paisa platter, Ratatouille, etc.

I try to focus only on foreign dishes that are pleasing to the palate, although this is not always the case with all foods. I am interested in all kinds of food, the great variety of delicacies that different countries have, so I am not only looking to focus on one continent.
