My first experience was as a guide teacher at my grandpa village named Taung Tha Man Village which is very famous for the most ancient bridge, U Pain, of our golden Mandalay city in Myanmar. It was about 18 years ago. At that time, I just finished the matriculation exam. On summer holidays, I went a visit to my grandfather village to reduce stress that I got before exam. The village is quite small but its so beautiful with green fields . At that time when I reached there, there was a training class for kids at the village-monastery. One of the heads of the training class is my uncle. He offered me to join as a Science teacher for grade (IX) students. As my hobby is teaching and I also interests in Science, I accepted his offer. It was my first job as a guide teacher. Afterword, now I am a Lecturer of Information Technology Department and still sharing my experience and knowledge to my pupils. Also learning the new technology and learning method to fulfill my knowledge. I am really happy whenever I know the success of my pupils and always trying my best to become a good and and experience teacher. I haven't any problem at my teaching life because I am very happy about my profession. I can face any problems and overcome them because of ongoing with my hobby. Loving every bit of what you are doing for yourself and for others, that's touch my heart. Because teachers are always ready to deliver their knowledge and experience. Ever ready for their pupils. When we see our students success, we are really happy as our own success. Only teacher can understand that feeling. Therefore, passionate teacher does not just think of him/her self, but also of the development of his/her students. A time when I felt most alive, most effective, and really proud to be a teacher was when I was the project leader of 5BE team. Because of unity and hard work, our team got the best presentation award. All of these members, my pupils, had a lot of experience so they were very afraid about their project presentation and also get lost their self-confidence. But one of my passion is that teaching is one form of the art. So I was encourage them to pass well and taught about the ways of how to get their confidences back well. When we are really understand what we do and how to solve the problems, we will never loose our confidences. Base on these fact, I always chisel and painting my pupils to do their best.
