         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>I.</strong> <strong>"Let there be light when there is darkness."</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;A</strong>. Humphrey Davy discovered emergency lighting in 1802,&nbsp; and emergency response teams began employing it in the 1940s, when police started using a single spinning beacon light.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;B.</strong> We have all experienced blackouts, which are really inconvenient because we are unable to see our surroundings. That is why emergency lighting is so important. Emergency lights are extremely effective and widely used devices. These portable lights can rapidly brighten after a power outage thanks to battery backup and never leave us stumbling in the dark. "Let there be light when there is darkness." In times of darkness, specifically whenever there is a blackout, everyone can think of this expression. The Philippines, has always been the world's third most disaster-prone country, required a large quantity of disaster-preparedness materials. <br><strong>II. Safety<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;A. </strong>Led light gives steady lighting to the property, allowing individuals within to safely evacuate in the event of a fire, even if the mains power is off.<br>&nbsp; <strong>B. </strong>During power outages, emergency lights are used as a safety measure to help individuals find their way out of a building and avoid accidents. The emergency light is used by half of the world since it is very convenient for them, especially in times of emergency.<br><strong>III. Affordable<br>&nbsp; A. </strong>The main reason for having these topics is that they may be created using items that can be found around the house. DYI emergency lights are quite useful, especially in the Philippines, where the majority of the population is incredibly creative and intelligent. Others may argue that it is harmful, but it isn't because it has already been demonstrated and many people do it. As a result, even if there is a blackout, we can buy or construct Emergency lights to restore the beauty of our surroundings.<br>&nbsp;<strong>B. </strong>Plastic box, female micro usb, led, switch, 10 ohm resistor, in 4007 diode, 2 18650 battery, 4v led panel, and a 1 ohm resistor are some of the simplest items we can locate to make emergency lights.<br><strong>IV.&nbsp; Beneficial to Human Kind<br>&nbsp; A.&nbsp;</strong>Emergency lights have the potential to save lives. They may be modest, but they can help thousands or millions of people living on this globe. It is quite useful, especially in the event of an emergency or disaster. WE MUST BE PREPARED, INCLUDING THE USE OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS. Light is essential since it is the primary source of energy for all living things. Lighting also has psychological benefits, such as site recognition, landmark identification, and the ability to physically monitor people/locations in order to keep them safe and free from unwanted/unauthorized visitors and invaders.</div>]]></description>
