         <description><![CDATA[<div>Amy Tan is the author of Joy Luck Club, and an american writer whose works explore mother-daughter relationships. She was born on the 19th of February 1952in Oakland, California. She is the second of three children born to Chinese Immigrants John and Daisy Tan.
