I live in Sogamoso Boyacá with my wife and son in a small house.

I wake up at 5:30 am, have breakfast at 8:30 am, and typically eat eggs with coffee and bread. I get to work in my motorcycle and have lunch around 1:00 pm. My dinner is different every night, and I usually eat around 8:30 pm. After work, I go to the gym, and on weekends, I like to rest. I study English two days a week.

En esta tarea estudie algunas de las practicas del contenido del e-Book, aunque no participe de manera activa en el foro, practique la pronunciación para grabar el audio, aun se me dificulta expresarme de manera oral en inglés, a veces no soy muy seguro de la pronunciación, este aprendizaje me ayuda en mi vida personal y profesional ya que con estos ejercicios de expresión oral voy ganando confianza y seguridad al hablar tengo que practicar mucho mas para expresarme de una manera más segura.

Mi compromiso es a dedicar mas tiempo a mi estudio y ser mas organizado, por lo tanto mi desempeño en las etapas propuestas en esta guía la auto evaluó con un 4 puntos.
