I felt confused because was the first time that I had this symptomps. 

When I got to my home, my father gave me an advice: “If I were you,I‘ d try to visit a doctor”,so I decided to accept his advice.

Next day at morning, I didn’t feel well,so I called my boss to report my absence. I had to call in sick. I told my boss I was really sick and I couldn’t came to work.

At the hospital, the doctor asked me. How many hours do you pass in front of a computer?  I said eight hours. The symptoms that I felt were about stress.  

So he gave me an advice: “In my opinión, you should to rest at home for one week and try to practice yoga, or meditation ”.

I thougt: “I could never do that. This activities are difficult for me.”

I call my boss and my job gaves me 7 sick days.

So I decided accept the advice and now I practice meditation because is better for stress relief, and I start my day with motivation and more energy.
