The last, provoked tragedy and concern as it found government agency totally unprepared and incompetent. 

Furthermore thousands of our citizens protest and request an compensation for the material,physical  and mental damage that they suffered during the forty-eight hours and above they were trapped. Local tolls companies appeared irresponsible and negligent on the protection and situation of citizens and that created huge issues of controversy between the citizens and the government.
