         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Describe the differences &amp; similarities between your workout in lesson 1 and your workout in lesson 2. Please use these keywords in your description:- Social Connection, Physical Wellness, Mental Wellness, Social Isolation.<br><br>The differences between my first workout and my second workout is that my first workout was with my mother, while the second workout was with my classmates. When doing the workout with my mother I was focused mostly on my mental wellness, by pushing through the workout as well as my physical wellness, because I was trying to push myself (my body) even more. While in my second workout I was mostly focused on the social connection between my classmates and myself. The similarities between the two workouts show that there is still social isolation due to the closeness of the group as well as because of environment that we are currently kept in makes us believe that we are in social/mental isolation. </em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>lesson 1 was definitely different from horseback riding. It was nice to have some social connection however i did not get the peaceful calm feeling I usually get horseback-riding. As you are working with friends you can encourage each other and make working out fun. Both workouts had a interesting affect on me. For horse back riding I am able to become in a calm mind set. Horseback riding is like yoga for me. I put everything on hold and clear my thoughts. Horseback riding is a good mental wellness sport. When I did the workout virtually I did not get that feeling but in stead I got a motivational feeling. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When they said yoga I though it was those poses.It definitely was a time of relaxation but maybe playing my own music will help me go deeper with it. As this is about putting everything on hold and just focusing on taking a break from everything I think this can be applied to my day to day routine. When I need some rest I can pause my work and  find a place where I can relax. Like I mentioned in my other comment I get this calm feeling when I horseback riding. The form may be different but I still get the same calm feeling I got with this yoga activity. </div>]]></description>

(Please use these keywords in your description:- Social Connection, Physical Wellness, Mental Wellness, Social Isolation.) <br><br>I was working out with my brother for lesson 1, I was focused on my physical wellness rather than trying to have a conversation. When working out as a group virtually you draw out more on social connection since you're  communicating with people you don't know much. <br>There was still some social connection in both lesson 1 &amp; 2. I was working out with people to accompany me and at the same time exercise. <br>However I felt self isolated working out on lesson 2 because no one was actually physically there to company me.  On lesson 1 I felt having more social connection with my brother and dog by my side.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>Before the yoga session I was feeling bit tired from online learning. When I was doing the yoga I lost track of what the man was saying since I was falling asleep and start to day dream. In the end,  I felt bit more energized and relaxed. I think this yoga is good to use when you're tired from work and recharge your energy by resting for five minutes doing this yoga session. I chose this emoji because I felt satisfied and bit more happier after the session. <br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
