During his time at IU he has served as merchandise chair of the Epsilon Nu Tau business fraternity and tour guide for the Kelley School of Business. As merchandise chair, Jeremy Patzelt designed apparel based around the fraternity's core values allowing fellow members to represent their association with the organization around campus, while spreading awareness of Epsilon Nu Tau to the rest of the student body. Jeremy has also held membership with the American Marketing Association. He actively engaged in the club's professional and social events effectively collaborate with fellow marketing majors and advance his marketing knowledge by attending guest speaker events.

Jeremy Patzelt has work experience as a server at Lucia Ristorante and Hopkins Inn. He provided friendly and welcoming hospitality to ensure a fine dining experience for all guests, while collaborating with a dozen other staff members. This involved taking accurate orders, delivering food, checking on customers, addressing any concerns, while handling cash and credit card payments.

In addition to his hospitality experience, Mr. Patzelt worked as a database consultant for Cerise English Springer Spaniels. He created an online recordkeeping system for the kennel, and also helped train dogs in proper walking techniques for upcoming shows. He enjoys playing soccer and tennis in his free time. His other interests include traveling around the world and staying up to date on the latest innovations in the automotive industry.
