b. Have the students identify their areas of anxiety and ask a few to share.

4. Who is your support system

a. Identify Jack’s support system as a group.

b. Ask students to think about who their support system is and how that person or persons can help them overcome their test anxiety (pair share).

5. Tips to overcoming test anxiety**

a. Model for the students what each one looks like.

b. Have the students practice each suggestion.
