According to Nelson (2017), advance technology helping individuals to enjoy their life with more knowledgeable understandings such as using a&nbsp; smartwatch. Smartwatch is useful for daily basis. It can track and detect heartbeat or pulse rate. It is also known for maintaining the sleeping conditions or the sleeping patterns. At present, people are using the smartwatch because they can make physical fitness goals and add reminders. Therefore, Individuals can know the condition of various aspect of body and stay on track.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Though technology has huge advantages but it has more disadvantages. Nelson (2017) argues that the invention of modern technology reduces people’s face to face communication which can impact our mental health. Most of the adults and children’s using smart devices and playing games instead of reading books or playing football in the ground and this lack of activity effects our health. Because of these incidents, many are facing trouble with their sleep. Due to this technology some of adults are failing in relationships as a lack of physical contact which can lead to depression. In summary, it has been argued that this technology is having a detrimental impact on mental health of many lives.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Smart watches are useful for daily routines and are a great way of monitoring our physical progress. It can offer fitness services such as running, tracking heart rate and monitoring our sleeping patterns.&nbsp; Therefore, these gadgets can provide us with an effective means to progress our physical health.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>If technology has many advantages but it has more negative effects on human life. Nelson (2017) argues that technology gives huge negative effects like people have less face t face communication they deal their work on mobile phones and unable to see the face impressions and spend time with others.
