Majority of the models pose in a naturally usually doing something a person would do in their everyday life, however there are also a few snaps taken in unusual extreme and exotic locations. The image beside shows the two models in a ice scene and appear to be standing near a plane at the right of them. The models aren’t centred but more towards the left of the photo and clenching their big furry jackets which looks to be the product being promoted here. Both the women are directly facing the camera while the one towards the far left appears to have her body facing one way while her body is turned facing the other way. Emma Summerton also commonly uses bright atmospheres as the next photo to the right demonstrates and again the model is facing towards the camera. The model is also sitting what looks to be a window sill and to add lighting on the model a key light is being used to ensure that we’re able to see the model. The woman is pretty dark however her body has been lit up using the key light. The Photographer Nobuyoshi Araki uses a fast shutter to ensure that no camera shake is present as well as he can be able to capture the model standing completely still. The colour used in the background also makes the clothing in this case it being the black leather outfit stand out more making you instantly focus on it. Nobuyoshi Araki also made the model hold her foot up slightly, this could also hint that the main product for this image is the boots. The photo has been taken so that the only subject in the image is the woman further enhancing the fact that the photographer doesn’t want you to focus on anything else.
