I am unsure if this is something you can tell us, if it is not, then please don’t worry. In order to work out how far way the SD is away from the mean, do we do the mean minus the SD? In order to work out if the data are normally distributed?

Can results regarding significance on a test of normality and a non-parametric test conflict e.g. a test of normality showing significance and a non-parametric test showing no significance?

are we explaining the results to the family as if their loved one was part of the study or as a general explanation in which we can assume they are experiencing a level of swallowing difficulty and therefore benefit from knowing the results of the research?

In the assignment tips video, for question 1 you mention using PICO for the research question, however question 1 doesn't explicitly ask for a research question to be written: "What is the main explanatory factor and what are the two main outcome measures? Are there any other possible explanatory factors that may affect the outcome variables measured in the study? Describe the participants who took part in the study" should we be writing a research question here or is that just for the other questions which specifically ask us to do so?
