We would love to visit Bali, Indonesia for our next trip. There are plenty of reasons why one should visit Bali at least once in their life. But for us, we are dying to see the captivating beaches! Particularly, we want to see the beaches in Canggu. They are stunning. Next, you can't talk about Indonesia without acknowledging its beautiful culture. Just like with the Norwegians that we have met during the trip, we would love to learn about Indonesian culture: the food, people and traditions. Apart from that, Bali is home to almost every type of natural beauty. The island's landscape includes beautiful hilly areas with lush foliage, picturesque lakes, magnificent waterfalls, famous rice fields, flower gardens, flowing sacred rivers, and secret gorges. We can't wait for our next trip to Bali!

From the first day until the last day in Norway, we could say that we really enjoyed the trip. The foods, people, culture and many others are so overwhelming and welcoming us. It was so fun and exciting to explore a new country with many things to do. When we were looking for directions, they are really helpful and kind to us even though they are not really good at English. We were happy that most of our trip went smoothly as we planned.
The sad part when traveling, the language barrier is the first thing we need to face. We find it is hard to communicate and understands one and another as some of them are not really into English.
Overall we can say that Norway has breathtaking scenery and their nature are to die for! Will make sure to cover the whole of Norway someday!

The next time we visit Norway, we want to go to Northern Lights. Northern lights are a phenomena which is formed when electrically charged particles from the sun collide with each other when they reach the earth’s atmosphere. The lights, commonly known as aurora borealis, are visible at night when the sky is dark. It is like a heavenly ballet of light, with a colour pallet of green, blue and occasionally pink and violet, moving over the night sky. When the sky is clear and dark, the aurora borealis can be seen, and the best conditions are usually cold and dry weather. We have to cross our fingers for a sun storm to come our way, showering us with magical particles. It sounds really interesting isn't it? We can not wait to come to Norway again to visit Northern Lights and many more places to go.

1. Learn about their language

We will study a little of their language since knowing a country's language allows us to gain a much deeper and more comprehensive understanding of its culture. We discovered that, more than anything else, how people express themselves reveals the intricacies of a culture. Engaging in discussion with people is the best method to learn about a new culture.

2. Get travel finances in order.

Traveling can be quite costly. And when things are costly, it become stressful. We will make a small trip budget. We will be able to tell when we can afford to spend and when we need to cut back. On our next trip, we will figure out what actually important to us. When we want to have the best trip possible, small financial adjustments might add up quickly.

3. Learn about where we are going.

We will read more about the place we are visiting before, during, and after our trip. Reading historical fiction, nonfiction, articles, and biographies can help us feel more connected to the country, town, people, and culture we are visiting. This is also a method to extend our vacation by generating excitement before we leave, connection and greater knowledge while we are there, remembrance and reflection when we return.

At first, we thought Norway would be a boring country to visit because of the nature of the Norwegians being considered closed. But the initial coldness is not an attitude of solitude or unfriendliness, it is simply the natural reticence of people who value their own space. After a few days we got there, I think we were wrong about that. In fact, after taking a few minutes to get past the early defense of the Norwegians and we found someone who was helpful, friendly, happy to test their English skills and willing to tell us all about the amazing country they loved. Another factor that set me up against Norway was the weather. This is because Norway is located far to the north in the northern hemisphere, covered in mountainous areas, Norway gets its fair share of bad weather. But we was oppressed again. Just because it rains doesn’t mean we can’t all have fun. And the advantage is, when the sun is shining, the whole of Norway is out to play. Moreover, Norway is a country full of nature and many beautiful places to take pictures as memories in the future. It’s impossible to get bored of the stunning scenery wherever you look. From the watery panorama of the beach to the mountainous skyline in the interior, Norway is a magical world. And nature offers many opportunities to have fun like snow-covered waterfalls and peaks, fjords and forests, in fact we can say Norway has it all. And if you are really interested in the natural world, you will never get bored in Norway. Norway is the best place for nature.

Also, we find it difficult for us to find halal food and restaurants in Norway but it is completely wrong. In fact, in Norway Islam is the second largest religion. So, it's easy to find halal restaurants and food in Norway and even halal meat is easy to find there. Even we google about halal restaurants in Norway, quite a lot of suggestions for us to go try their food. Here, talking about food, actually the food in Norway is very delicious. This is because they keep recipes for generations and follow those recipes for years and never change them that’s the special thing about restaurants in Norway.

In conclusion, Norway is a country with a lot of space, friendly people and a lot to offer. From skiing and polar bears to beautiful fjords and mountains, many well -preserved historic sites, northern lights, Viking legends, winding mountain roads, modern railways, majestic capitals, thriving cultural heritage and many other highlights . Moreover, thanks to the diversity of landscapes, natural phenomena, activities and ways to travel, Norway makes a great destination all year round. In summer, the prolonged midnight sunshine is ideal for sightseeing and road trips while in winter, the long nights create ideal conditions for seeing the northern light, perhaps while riding a dog sled or a snowmobile ride. As a long and diverse country that makes it worthwhile to visit Norway. Definitely recommend to travel to Norway and will definitely be back again in the winter season.

Norway travel guide (If we knew our friends were going to the same place, what would we tell them to do?)

Throughout our journey in Norway, there were so many new things that we have learned that we want to share before visiting the most beautiful countries on earth.

To begin with, the majority of Norwegians speak English. We were afraid to ask Norwegians for directions at first, but it turns out they speak English perfectly. So, don't be frightened if you don't speak Norwegian since lots of Norwegians speak English. Although some are really nervous to engage in a complete discussion, they can comprehend and assist you with any inquiries you may have. So, don't be embarrassed to call for help or even greet a stranger!

Norway, as we all know, has four seasons: wintertime, springtime, summertime, and falling. Therefore, some sights are only available during particular seasons, and many walks are inaccessible during the winter. If your primary goal is to visit a certain destination, determine which season is best for that. An additional point to note would be that the weather varies greatly in different seasons. Whenever visiting Norway, carry the right amount of warm clothing because it might get freezing! It is often a matter of keeping an eye on the weather predictions. As a result, always pack an additional layer of clothing to stay safe. It's advisable to bring multiple clothes, specifically while you're intending on going on hiking in the vacation. Even in the summer, it's a good idea to include a raincoat and a sweater in travel backpacks throughout if the rains come or the temperatures fall as you get further upwards in elevation.

Furthermore, we got concerned about our safety all across the trip because it was our first experience, nevertheless, Norway is a secure destination to travel to. Even within urban centers like Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, and Stavanger, violent crime is incredibly low. In other cities, people must take very good care, but there isn't anything to be concerned about. Even strolling alone around night is generally safe, as well as the possibilities of being a victim of a crime are low. However, the majority of criminals in Norway are attributed to domestic and office robberies. since some groups of pickpockets travel across most tourist spots where during summer, so retaining an extra eye on your wallet when you're in a crowd is recommended even if the chances about anything coming are lesser.

Lastly, we advise that you never have great expectations that the Northern Lights will be seen everywhere. Obviously, many people visit Norway in order to witness the northern lights including ourselves. Regrettably, the northern lights (also known as the Aurora Borealis) are not visible entire Norway. Considering Norway is such a massive country, the lady in green is usually exclusively seen in the far northeast. The further south you travel, the fewer lights you will notice. You may go to places like Lofoten, Bodø, and Tromsø, which are the most popular places to see the northern lights. You should also keep in mind that the northern lights will not be seen throughout the summer since it is too bright. Ordinarily, the greatest time to witness any activity is between October and April. For us, there is something really amazing as witnessing a sky transform into a green and purple pattern that dances all over the place. We clearly recall the very first moment we can get it for ourselves; it was a life-changing experience.

What are we going to do (for the next trip)

If we get another chance to go to Norway, there are three places that we really want to go because we did'nt get enough time to explore Norway when our last trip to there.

The first place that we got attracted after we seen the picture in the Google is Private Cruise in Ryfylker & Lysefjorden. Futhermore, we can stay on this Fjord Cruises and sleeping on it because we will be on the yatch around Ryfylker and Lysefjorden. it will be lasting 24 hours on the cruise. We will be able to visit both the spectacular Lysefjorden with some of the best viewpoints especially sunrise and sunset on the cruise in Norway, and visit the flat coastal communities among idyllic islands with history from the Viking era. Other than that, we can take a rest on the cruise after a long journey to be there while the best part, we can explore Lysefjorden or Ryfylker private yacht, paired with delicious food and stunning landscape.

Cathedral Stavanger is the second place that we want to go since based on the rumors, Cathedral Stavanger is is Norway's oldest cathedral and the seat of the Bishop of Stavanger who leads the Diocese of Stavanger in the Church of Norway. It is located in the centre of the city of Stavanger which lies in the southwestern part of the large Stavanger Municipality in central Rogaland county, Norway. Cathedral Stavanger was according to tradition built in 1125 after Sigurd Jorsalfarer named Stavanger a cathedral city. Bishop Reinald of Winchester was responsible for the construction. The church was built in Anglo-Norman style, probably by English artisan. This place is really suitable for all of us because we love to take pictures and this cathedral look aesthetics in the picture. So, it is a must for us to be there and taking a lot of photos !

Since we love to explore Norway, the important thing before we back to Malaysia is we know about the histories of Norway. Ledal House is the suitable place to go since it has galleries and museums. To be honest, we really excited to be there since Ledal House is a manor house which served as the official residence of the King of Norway in Stavanger, Norway. we get to know all about Norway before back to home.
