         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes students feel misunderstood when there is an issue in the classroom with a teacher.  We are facilitating conversations with the kids and the particular teacher to make sure the student (1) feels heard and (2) has the counselor there to also make sure they feel supported.  We have seen lots of success with the few trials we have had. </div>]]></description>

This has deterred repeated misbehaviors, possible severe consequences, etc.&nbsp;It also keeps us consistent with not being reactive to particular students/situations. </div>]]></description>
