    - They are really necessary since they are the ones that give us guarantees as humans.

    • How can I promote interdependent leadership to engage in global activities?
    - I would start by promoting being empathetic, keeping your expectations clear, learning to deal with problems, and knowing how to focus on what is important; because once you master these four points, it will be easier for people to be clear about the concept of interdependent leadership.

    • I think that being conscious about our history is important to learn how we got to where we are now. Understanding how past cultures and societies worked, (this including their ideologies, values, and their government systems) will help us to improve our present as well as to build a better future for the following generations.

    I consider that the human rights are essential and needed globally as they are the ones that ensure us freedom, justice and equality above all. 
    •  How can I promote interdependent leadership to engage in global activities?
    Interdependent leadership can be promoted by setting goals that are impossible to achieve by a single person. In this way, people with different perspectives must work together to address common problems and to get to a final solution. The skill of working together even though they have different points of view, is fundamental when it comes to engaging in global activities because being respectful and empathetic with other cultures is the key to achieve an egalitarian society.
