Saturated fats come from meat and other processed items while unsaturated fats come from oil. The unsaturated lower heart disease and overall help you. <br>4. HDL is the good cholesterol it protects you against heart disease. LDL is bad cholesterol because it sticks to the walls of the vessels which can cause heart disease. <br>5.
