         <description><![CDATA[<div>Repetition&nbsp;<br>He repeats the phrase/idea of "comic books causing juvenile delinquency" to articulate to the reader how absurd and silly this seems to an average person in this day and age, that a comic could cause someone to be a delinquent. I think it's less what exactly he says, but the way he particularly says this every time it comes up. It just shows how foolish he thinks it is to believe it is true.</div>]]></description>
