Political: The effects of Covid19 on the industry effecting client’s business and need for UK support and representation
Economics: Covid19’s effects on the client’s business causing to not be able to pay fees or have to reduce them. SLC then loosing clients and making staffing cuts accordingly
Social: Different style of service effected, a lot of clients reduced their fees to be able to cut costs within the company, this meant recalculating the work load per client according to the percentage of fees being paid. Also a continued level of strong communication with clients throughout even when staff aren’t in office due to time differences.
Technological: Being a very small business, SLC was affected badly by COVID19, the office closed and new technology was needed to make working from home run smooth.
Environmental: Climate change and its effects on all clients across the globe, and to consider more drastic weather conditions.
Legal: Data protection act, with working from home being introduced during COVID19 this is something that was covered and explained in great detail to ensure no mistakes were made.
