I do not just want to skate by and make a minimal passing grade. As a future teacher I want to make a difference in children's lives. I really hope the student I am now does not affect the type of teacher I become. I am working two jobs, taking classes and a single mother, so sometimes I get overwhelmed and let things slip through the cracks. With the class load I can take and be successful with work and my kids, I am going to take about two years longer than the average person completing this degree.
