Hi There!

My name is Roselle, 25 years old and I am originally from the Philippines. I have been studying English since I was six years old. I decided to study this subject again as the UHR (Higher Education in Sweden) has this rule, in which, they don’t credit the English subject in some countries and unfortunately, my country is one of those.

I am currently studying the Swedish language as well in distance, taking care of my small family business and working as a guide and front desk manager in Copenhagen at the same time.
Since I started studying Swedish language and use it as my way of communication to almost everyone, my grammar in English has messed up. I can speak without a problem and I am really good in spelling but in writing, I’m started having some difficulties as I am a little bit perfectionist and I hate when I’m writing wrong grammar texts. Therefore, instead of taking an advance examination, I decided to just repeat the course for my own sake and I believe repetition is the mother of learning.

I graduated in Computer Science in my home country while working in different student part-time jobs support my studies as an education in my country is not free. It was pretty hard but for a person like me who is inspired, risk taker, have goals and see things differently from others, it went easier than it should be.

Now, I am trying to complete the courses that the UHR and the University are asking me so I can continue studying at University. Yes, I graduated a program of Computer Science in my home country but I don’t want to continue with that, but instead, I want to study my dream profession, and that is to be a lawyer.

Thank you! (Sorry pretty long ).
