it is quite hard to manage a large group of volunteers at one go hence we have to split up into groups of 5.

we can just be good teammates when playing unified sports with them and ensure that we remain patient.

There’s is not much restrictions on what could be taught to the elderly, except that it must benefit them.

    1. Heartware network is something to help society as a whole, as they provide a number of areas where people are available to volunteer at.
    2.With this organisation, I think they mostly focus on individual volunteering, to provide people who are particularly interested with one particular area a way to volunteer to the community and the better good. This may not be particularly great for the CCE project, as we all have our different interests in various areas and may not agree with what they have. 
    3.Since this organisation does various projects across various areas, it is hard to pinpoint a specific thing people want to satisfy their needs. 
    4.We can learn a lot of people skills through communication with various groups.

    1. They require recognition for what they need, and also are lonely because home sick.
    2.Many people partner with this organisation so it may not be very original. Also, may be hard to empathise and put ourselves into their shoes. 
    3.We can try something small? But I feel like if we do something like advocating it seems unoriginal and not very much that interesting
