The reason that I chose this video is because my theme for this was organization plus this is a video that talks about how to stay organize with school work. This video did have some benefits with showing how to organize with note, school work and files. It talks about how the best way to organize with files is to have a stable cloud storage system such as dropbox or google drive. This is a way to organize with online work and it makes it more way more easier to have folders for different areas of your life such as work and classes. When having notes most student would do their notes in a document but it its important to label what type of notes it is such as finals, examples, etc. After taking notes give it a title and save it into a file with a designated folder for that class that you took notes for. If doing notes by hand then probably get a bog notebook and divide it by class or get a binder and put dividers to organize the notes for each class.

The other reason why I chose video is because I like the video on how it explains ways on how to organize computer files. Computer files is more effcient and easier when organzing since it doesn't make a mess and take up space in a phsyical storage. When doing computer files you should do folders for each subject. Find a structure so it can make it easier and quicker when finding a file or folder. Another way to organize folders are to make into a tree structure which means putting multiple folders inside a main folder. When making the tree structure start with making main folders to be more organize.
