         <description><![CDATA[<div>Membranes are fluid and flexible as in they can be stretched, bent, moved, etc without breaking easily. This is important because most cells need to complete strenuous tasks which may involve stretching and moving. The elasticity of their outer membrane allows them to easily do this while staying intact.</div>]]></description>
