Thank you for giving me the opportunity to pray this prayer to you. The crosses I am carrying that I can think of are the heavy workload of multiple subjects just a few weeks into the session and worry over what my future will look like in a country that values what I want to be the way it does -- which is to say, not at all. I ask for the grace of perseverance, so that I may not turn back at the first sign of adversity. Furthermore, I ask for the grace of empathy, so that any suffering I experience does not make me selfish and blind to anyone who needs help themselves and thus keep myself close to You. I do not know what your plan for me is, but I have faith that You know what is best for me. I ask all these in Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear God,

Thank you for your divine presence and this time that I'm sharing with you. The crosses I am carrying now are related to my academic hardships, specifically the heavy workload that can be stressful to bear. As I approach midterms it has become challenging to maintain a good work - life balance. I ask you lord for the grace of your guidance, to give me the resolve and determination to complete my academic tasks. I give my soul to you, I entrust you with everything that is set in your plan for me.

In the midst of the uncertainties that cloud my path, I come before You, with the crosses I bear. The weight of indecision and frustration looms over me as I contemplate my future career. Grant me the strength to carry and overcome this burden with grace and perseverance.

As I journey through this challenging time, I humbly seek Your assistance. Shower upon me the graces I need, and enlighten my mind with clarity and understanding so that I may discern my vocation. Guide my steps and lead me to the place where I can best serve others. Fill my spirit with confidence, courage, and trust in Your providence. Help me to relinquish my anxieties and fears, and may I find solace in Your presence and assurance in Your promises.

Thank You for the gift of life, being able to experience the marvels of being Your creation and with the glory of being made in Your image. Forgive me for my sinfulness and though I am not totally worthy, allow me to glorify and serve you as I bear my own cross. This cross is merely insignificant to your own suffering due to the choices I have made. As a student, I hope that I may use the gifts you have given me and not let it go to waste. As a member of my family, I hope that I can always embody the love you have showered upon me. And as a neighbor to everyone, I hope that I can continue to serve now and in the future.

Therefore, I ask you Lord God to enable me to move forward despite all temptations, setbacks and discouragements there is in this world. Allow me to see the bigger picture and not to get lost due to my own selfish desires. Fuel me with compassion to see a greater purpose for myself as a Christian and may I always be reminded of my commitment to you. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

I thank you for giving me the gift of life and the blessing of family. I am grateful for the many opportunities that You have provided us, and I ask for Your guidance in discerning so that every choice I may make will be for Your greater glory. Please help me understand that sometimes what I want for myself may differ from your will. I am far from my family, Lord God, and I ask for strength and wisdom to carry out whatever you ask of me. I pray that my family will be kept healthy, happy, and far from any harm and sin. I ask you to bless my family and me with the heart and mind that even in solitude, we may be able to grow more lovingly. I offer this prayer for the people who also suffer from loneliness and the ones who struggle with being far from home. I pray that they will always find a friend. Ad Majorem dei Gloriam. Amen.

Please grant me the patience and the courage to live in the moment. Everyday, I carry with me the burning desire to become more than I am currently. Please help me to remember that the person I am today is also the person I wished to become in the past.

Thank you for this opportunity to reconnect with you through this recollection. I know that You know very well the struggles I am currently facing as I try to find my purpose, especially in my academic pursuits. I humbly ask that You give me the strength to persevere and not let my failures and anxious thoughts keep me from fulfilling Your will that You've designed for me. Please continue to remind me that You will never put me in a situation I cannot overcome because all things are possible with You. I pray that You'll help me feel Your presence, be with me every step of the way, and give me the courage to face the uncertainties that lie ahead. I ask that You continue to remind me that You have a plan for me and that after suffering, there is always salvation. Through this, I hope to strengthen my faith in Your love and guidance.

In the quiet moments of reflection, I come before You bearing my crosses—each challenge and sorrow that weighs heavily on my heart. These burdens, though hidden from the world, are known to You. Help me to not carry them alone but to place them in Your loving hands. Grant me the grace of courage, to face each day with hope rather than despair. Bless me with the strength to endure and the wisdom to see the lessons woven within my trials. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind as I navigate these difficulties. I ask for the virtue of patience, to accept the unfolding of Your plan, and the fortitude.

To start, thank you for giving the strength to carry my crosses. They may be hard to carry at times but, they are integral to me and those around me. I hope that you continue to provide me with the fortitude to carry on.
