I understand how people can get stuck in the payday circle, as they probably do not know and will not learn how to budget, to live within their means. 
This topic is relevant because in a day and age where some of us aren't working steady, or at all, the idea of money being readily available is a bright beacon of hope, but these institutions are not helping in the long run. People end up owing more than they can afford, and will be stuck paying off the debt, instead of cutting things back or out and living within their budget.
I think the most important message to pass on from this topic is, Just Don't! Learn to budget and save.
