These can be phone calls, chats, and emails.

It's when the customer feels upset and thinks they are right. Some might complain about the delay in their shipment. There could be many reasons that we don't know. 

So, we advise the customer not to call the manager. We try to find where the mistake is and then get it solved with the person in charge. 

Being stubborn makes the task hard to solve the issue.

For example, the staff in my bank are hard to be convinced because they argue on minor things and consider every problem earth-shattered.

Like when I have an argument with my colleague about important things we must be resilient and quieter to find a solution. 

After releasing and articulating my automated thoughts, and trying to make my expectations reasonable, I can say that my argument is solved. 

One thing that I recommend to anyone in my work is that they shouldn't be judgmental. I have direct contact with customers and my colleagues so that I may face arguments with others. To deal with arguments, I have to be quiet, patient, resilient and adaptive. 


Also, I absorb negative behaviour of others by giving them attention to their needs. I try to acknowledge and be in the exposure area.

I think there are solutions to each problem. We have to be empathetic and understanding of each other.
