<title>I offer the choice of collaboration on some projects. I reward those who work collaboratively by allowing them to work larger. Parameters and materials are flexible. They are encouraged to be creative, and express their own individual ideas, even if it does not fit within the given assignment. Part of my role is to guide them to become independent thinkers and makers. </title>
