Reassure client by mentioning key points that were discovered while connecting to make sure the client feels like they picked the perfect creation for themselves and/or the occasion and deal in a respectful manner with whatever hesitation or concern they may have. Providing a comfortable environment where they are able to feel happy with there decision and honored to be part of the Bvlgari family.

The client didn’t want to try the sunglasses because of the Serpenti on the side. We had to reassure her by telling her that she is a powerful business women working in a corporate. The serpenti represents strength, power and seduction . How do you feel when you put on your sunglasses ?

I rephrase the needs and wish of the client and reassure her on the choice she made.

Telling her that I will always be there if she needs anything else while wrapping up her creation 😉

Always make sure that the client is making the right decision by reassuring them that the creation is everything they were looking for. Build there confidence with your words and expressions. Ask if the creation is the right one for them and if they are hesitant, ask open ended question to get them to express their concerns, so that you can help the client not worry.

Make them feel that they deserve it, that every day is a celebration of life. I always propose to try on the piece and telling them a little about their inspiration.
