Please take a moment to review and share this exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Casework Manager position in the Ongoing Division of FCS .  This position is one of five supervisors guiding the work and practice of Ongoing child and family casework.  Our Division works directly with families in need of assessments and supports to keep their children safely at home, or to successfully reunify with them while accessing services and practicing skills to mitigate harm of addiction, abuse, neglect and youth beyond control of parent. The team has additional expertise in working with families impacted by sexual abuse.  The supervisor works in collaboration with internal and external partners to assign and oversee caseloads, assure family voice and culture drives casework interventions in a to a timely case resolution.  Bilingual families need access to caseworkers and supervisors who speaks their language, and this position is critical to further support equity in our casework delivery.
