This was my attempt at close-up shot to capture the details of the flower and I think the depth in this photo enhanced it further.

I used worm’s eye view to make the potted plant look bigger which drags all the attention towards it.

I used guiding lines as the windows are parallel to one another and I also used rules of thirds with Xiao Xue taking 1/3 of the picture

I used the two buildings to frame the carpark at the centre. And the guiding lines of the buildings helped to direct the viewers attention to the subject (the carpark)
