         <description><![CDATA[<div>Successfully embracing change by Eve Cozzi<br><br></div><div>I feel the most important steps of embracing change are both a survival skill and a way forward for success.&nbsp; Change is accelerating rapidly and in order to continue to stay on top of your game and to move forward (so as to not be left behind); you need to be adaptable and to keep adapting to the newer trends.&nbsp; Some techniques to enable this are to:<br><br></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Take baby steps (or small actions) rather changing everything all at once.&nbsp; Change can be scary and may be overwhelming if processed all at once (and will likely fail).&nbsp; Create small and achievable goals.</li><li>Don’t expect to move forwards all the time; being adaptable means you may have to move forward a few steps; then re-evaluate and possibly even move back or sideways before moving forwards again.</li><li>Step outside your comfort zone and have an open mind and remain positive - embrace the change – if you don’t; then you will be your own worst enemy.</li><li>Learn from your mistakes and then move forward.<br><br></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
