When I started the strategic plan for the organisation was out of date, and I am in the process of developing a new 3 year strategic plan.

I have previously studied some certificates through the Governance Institute, so thought I would explore the courses currently on offer to see if there was something to support me in the challenges I am facing at work. I came across the Strategic Management micro-credential, so signed up.

I am hoping this course gives me the starting point I need to review and evaluate what our organisation needs in terms of a new strategic plan, strategic direction, and assessment of purpose and values.
