I made jellies with agar-agar powder, water & sugar. From today's activity, I learnt how to understand instructions from the menu and learnt to convert measurements. In the process, I came across a challenge that is to stir the mixture near high heat. I was afraid of burning myself so I did not go near it. Eventually, I had no choice but to stir the mixture as I could not let it sit in the pot. So, I carefully stood near the heat and started to stir the mixture. In the end, I was satisfied and poured the mixture into the molds and let it harden.
