Enter your time at your internship site on a weekly basis on this form that is linked IN YOUR COURSEROOM. You must complete the timesheet form every week by Sunday 11:59pm CST. You will also be required to verify your hours at the end of internship by having your site supervisor and internship course instructor sign this form for class credit. You should be collecting 160 hours this semester which equals 10 hours a week for 16 weeks (which is the duration of our class).

We will discuss this more in our class together.
