While the Graphic Novel does a good job in showing the characters expressions, I believe that the passage does a better job in providing insight on Odysseus. I believe that the passage provides a stronger representation on Odysseus because it goes deeper into his thoughts and emotions, offering a more detailed insight into his resilience and the conflict between his sorrows and basic needs, which further show why he is an Epic Hero. Visuals in the graphic novel don't fully convey what Odysseus is thinking. Even though the Graphic Novel shows characters expressions it takes away parts of Odysseus and Alcinous conversation which is a key factor in finding out the type of hero Odysseus is.

In the original passage we get to see how angry Odysseus is and how the suitors are scared through what they say and do. Like when Odysseus says, "Dogs did you think that I should not come back from Troy" That shows how angry he is, and we can understand it better because of the words he uses. The passage also tells us what the characters are thinking, which helps us understand the story more. The pictures in the graphic novel are good, but they don't show all the feelings and thoughts like the passage does.

This visual depiction helps in understanding and conveying their feelings, which might be challenging to understand only through text. Despite the graphic novel lacking some characters' thoughts, it is really good in illustrating actions and expressions, providing clearer view of the resolution.
