I plan to push for continuing my education all the way to a master degree in business. I wish to pursue specifically being a CEO of a hospital. I will use my skills of leadership I gained from being in the military. By also what I learned using my organizational ideals and brainstorming to create new ideas to be an asset to the healthcare industry. To use my skills of being a logistics specialists to maintaining a supply for a hospital as well as handling the financial decisions with the board. On top of presenting what we accomplished in meeting with the board of the hospital ,and how we can improve to go forward. To were we can provide the best quality care for every patient and making sure the medical staff and all the supplies they need to accomplish what we aim to succeed.
