         <description><![CDATA[<div>Using a combination of approaches for treatment.&nbsp;<br>Needed:&nbsp;<br>- people often can not tolerate side effects of meds or can't wait for them to take effect and then stop meds prematurely so need therapy<br>- some people have a hard time getting to therapy because they can't get out of bed so need meds to get that initial boost<br>- A combination of meds and therapy has lower chance of relapse</div>]]></description>
